Schneider Electric in Barcelona seeks a senior PMO professional to lead programme governance and reporting across the DCR AI Operations portfolio. You will design planning, risk, and decision cycles, coordinating cross-workstream activity with senior stakeholders to keep the transformation on track.

You will embed PMO standards, manage dependencies, and support phase delivery readiness while ensuring rigorous documentation and transparent progress across the programme.

Formación

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or IT.
• 5+ years in PMO or similar role within complex transformations.
• Experience supporting AI/digital transformation programs.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, track & report on programme progress – Planning & visibility role.
• Organise governance cadence & manage decisions – Governance support role.
• Manage risks, dependencies & programme documentation – Operational backbone role.
• Drive AI portfolio consistency for DCR scope.
