Holded is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to scale revenue teams through training content, coaching resources, and optimized tools. You will create AI-assisted assets, maintain knowledge bases and playbooks, and oversee call-intelligence workflows to accelerate learning and adoption across Sales, Account Management, and Partner teams.

You will shape enablement programs in a collaborative, autonomous environment, requiring 3+ years in revenue roles, with fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• 3+ years in a revenue organization (Sales or Account Management preferred).
• Experience in Sales Enablement or RevOps is a strong plus.
• Regular use of AI to generate ideas and content with critical review before sharing.

Responsabilidades

• Create training materials for Sales, Account Management, and Partner teams and deliver sessions as needed.
• Leverage AI to produce battlecards, one-pagers, scripts, and email templates.
• Maintain and update the sales knowledge base, playbooks, and CRM templates.
• Manage the call intelligence tool, including trackers and scorecards, and drive adoption.
• Offer coaching support to reps through monitoring, listening to calls, and skill development.
• Equip line managers with resources for training, role-plays, and coaching.
• Gather field feedback and collaborate to shape future enablement initiatives.
