Fundraise Up in Spain is seeking a Senior AI Enablement Engineer to multiply engineering output through AI-driven enablement. You will coach engineers, develop internal tools, and propagate best practices to raise adoption of AI-assisted development across teams.

You will collaborate with security, IT, and GTM functions to translate needs into scalable internal integrations and workflows, delivering measurable productivity improvements.

Formación

• 7 years shipping in a product-driven environment.
• Strong full-stack background with Node.js/TypeScript.
• Fluent in AI-assisted development tooling and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Enablement & coaching engineers through 1:1s, pair programming, and workshops to raise AI-assisted development effectiveness.
• Propagate best practices with living guides, prompt libraries, and internal knowledge bases.
• Scale enablement via a network of AI champions and ongoing feedback loops with engineering teams.
• Build internal AI integrations and tooling from prototype to production, including auth and CI/CD.
• Evaluate AI tools and monitor adoption metrics to drive productivity gains.
