Zendesk is seeking an AI Sales Specialist in Madrid to drive growth and adoption of our AI product suite. You will prospect, demo, and close deals in a quota-carrying overlay role, collaborating with the Core AE team to deliver value-driven AI solutions to customers.

You will own AI-enabled sales activities, build relationships, lead AI POCs, and collaborate across AI and Success teams to identify expansion opportunities and maximize revenue within your territory.

Formación

• Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Native Spanish speaker.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience in an overlay AE/co-sell role is preferable.
• Focus on Conversational AI or CX solutions is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of sales quotas and work toward defined targets within Zendesk territory.
• Collaborate with core sales to drive revenue from existing accounts and new business.
• Build relationships with customers and align Zendesk AI portfolio to their goals using value-based selling.
• Lead AI POC discussions and provide proof points demonstrating value of AI adoption.
• Collaborate with AI and core Success teams to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support commercial modelling and forecasted automation rates to maximize AR potential, aligned with customer needs.
