Papaya Global is seeking an AI GTM Engineer to join the Marketing team in Israel. You will design, build, and govern the AI agent infrastructure powering Papaya's marketing engine, enabling AI-driven workflows across Growth, Demand Gen, Content, SDRs, and more.

You will own end-to-end architecture, curate a robust prompt library, implement guardrails, monitor performance, and collaborate with AI and Security teams to scale AI across the organization.

Formación

• Solid understanding of B2B SaaS marketing: demand gen, ABX, SDR outreach, and content workflows.
• Hands-on with at least one LLM API (Anthropic Claude or OpenAI) building real automations.
• Experience with workflow tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make, linking to business systems.
• REST APIs and webhooks: built and debugged multi-system integrations.
• Experience designing prompts to hit measurable quality targets.
• Coding in Python or JavaScript; coding with AI assistance acceptable.
• Familiar with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM data models.
• Strong communication: translate technical constraints for non-technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build the AI agent stack for the marketing org.
• Own end-to-end architecture: trigger design, data integrations, deployments.
• Build and maintain prompt library, datasets, QA framework.
• Define guardrails for brand voice, hallucination, budgets, escalation.
• Monitor latency, cost, quality, and errors of agent runs.
• Design data flow architecture connecting marketing systems and AI APIs.
• Train marketing team to use AI agents; act as internal AI expert.
• Collaborate with AI and Security teams on standards and access controls.
• Keep up with AI trends and apply new capabilities.
