Factorial is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape GTM for strategic product areas as we expand our portfolio across Europe and the USA. You’ll own product positioning, launches, and close collaboration with Sales, Product and Marketing to drive measurable business impact.

You’ll work with a dynamic, international team, contribute to our AI Business Management platform vision, and help tell compelling customer stories with data-driven campaigns.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing in SaaS (B2B) with proven product launches.

Responsabilidades

• Own GTM strategies for new product launches and forecast business impact.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Partners, and external agencies to align launch plans.
• Drive GTM campaigns, project management, and ensure deadlines and results are met.
• Oversee brand-consistent marketing actions tied to product positioning and messaging.
• Conduct competitive and customer research to identify market trends.
• Create product assets and sales materials for pitches, landing pages, and battlecards.
• Collaborate with product teams on roadmap planning and validation with market insights.
• Train internal teams on product value, use cases, and differentiators.
• Publish product updates in changelogs and collect customer stories for narratives.
