Papaya Global seeks an AI GTM Engineer to join its Marketing team in Israel. You will design, build, and govern the AI agent infrastructure powering Papaya’s marketing engine — giving every team member AI-powered leverage across Growth, Demand Gen, Content, SDRs, and more.

You will own the end-to-end architecture, data flow, guardrails, monitoring, and work with AI and Security teams to raise the team’s capabilities while ensuring brand and compliance alignment.

Formación

• Solid understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and demand gen.
• Hands-on experience with at least one LLM API (Anthropic Claude or OpenAI).
• Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
• Experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience with CRM/MA data models (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong communication to non-technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build the full AI agent stack for the marketing org.
• Own the technical architecture end-to-end: trigger design, LLM selection, data integrations, output formatting, and approval routing.
• Build and maintain the prompt library, golden datasets, and QA framework.
• Define and enforce guardrails across all agents: brand voice, hallucination prevention, budgets, escalation.
• Own the monitoring and observability layer for agent runs.
• Design and maintain data flow architecture connecting marketing systems, AI APIs, and delivery channels.
• Train the marketing team to work with AI agents.
• Collaborate with AI and Security teams on architecture standards and data security.
