Qualifications

• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to redesign workflows around AI tools.
• Experience building onboarding, training, and certification programs for sales or customer-facing teams.
• Ability to learn complex topics quickly and turn them into simple, practical resources.

Responsibilities

• Own segment-specific onboarding built as an AI-first system, turning a product spec into a full enablement package.
• Build training, roleplays, and talk tracks from real call and deal data with AI.
• Run ongoing training and certification across discovery, product mastery, objection handling, and competitive positioning with AI-driven insights.
• Deliver AI-driven personalized development paths and surface coaching signals for GTM team members.
• Build AI quality checks to ensure content accuracy and prevent regulatory missteps in customer conversations.
• Develop agents and automations to scale enablement without heavy RevOps or engineering dependency.
