Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned customer‑facing technical delivery leader to drive OpenAI deployments. You will own the technical delivery plan across multiple interdependent workstreams and run day‑to‑day engineering execution, embedding with customer teams to land deployments and drive adoption.

You will partner with Product and Research to meet deployment goals, codify solution patterns, and own value cases and ROI, leveraging deep AI/LLM experience across high-stakes engagements.

Formación

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership required.
• Proven track record leading large, complex, high-stakes customer engagements.
• Experience in high ambiguity environments.
• Strong technical fluency.
• Must have shipped AI/LLM systems.
• Expertise in at least one major sector (healthcare, energy, financial services, semiconductors, IT).

Responsabilidades

• Define how OpenAI delivers complex systems to customers.
