Job summary

osapiens is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist (Product Focus) to strengthen go-to-market execution across 20+ SaaS solutions. You will craft high-impact enablement content, build an AI-first certification engine, and collaborate with Solution Engineers and designers to ensure consistent, compelling materials for customer interactions.

You will drive a pragmatic win/loss feedback loop and curate the overall AE training path with the Sales Enablement Manager, in a hybrid Madrid-based role that

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product/Solution Enablement in a B2B multi-product SaaS environment.
• Track record creating best-in-class learning/enablement assets (SCORM) and learning programs.
• AI-first mindset: using AI tools to scale enablement and certification with minimal manual review.
• Consulting mindset and software/SaaS industry background.
• Curious and innovative mindset focused on modernizing enablement processes.

Responsibilities

• Build an AI-first enablement & certification model to scale AE/BD reps with reduced manual review.
• Design and manage internal certifications (levels, assessments, recertification cadence).
• Translate solution expertise into field-ready messaging and assets with Solution Engineering and Design.
• Run a win/loss insights loop and update messaging, enablement, and certifications.
• Create scalable product enablement content that feeds the broader AE training path.
• Continuously innovate enablement processes with new formats and tools, ensuring high participation.
