Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience as HRBP.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Good knowledge of HR practices, compensation, employee relations, inclusion, performance management, and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular meetings with respective business units.
• Acts as a Change Management agent, supporting organizational/cultural changes.
• Acts as an Advisor, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Manage and resolves complex employee relations issues.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing risks and ensuring compliance.
