eDreams ODIGEO is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join the People Team in Barcelona (hybrid). You will define and implement the HR agenda across multiple business areas, collaborating with leaders to shape workforce strategy and people programs.

Formación

• 2 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner
• Experience in mid-sized organizations (approx. 500–1,000 employees)
• Ability to lead through change and navigate ambiguity
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies in HR

Responsabilidades

• Partner with People Team Expertise Areas (PEAs) to co-create, and implement the HR agenda related to initiatives such as workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, performance management, compensation cycles and engagement programs.
• Acting as trusted advisor and key point of contact for all people-related matters, you will develop strong partnerships with eDO leaders within your assigned business areas, guiding and supporting their understanding and implementation of People Team strategies and initiatives.
