Totalum is an AI-powered platform helping companies build custom software faster. We seek a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager, AI & Automation to own customer acquisition and scale growth across paid, outbound, and social channels.

You will supervise AI-driven marketing workflows, improve prompts and automation, and drive measurable outcomes while maintaining strategic oversight and quality control.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and analytics skills with a data-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Build and manage scalable outbound campaigns across cold email and LinkedIn.
• Own Totalum's publishing strategy across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant social channels.
• Supervise AI-powered marketing workflows and quality control.
