Fonio.ai is seeking an Account Executive to manage and expand our existing customer base in a fast-scaling AI startup. You will own retention, upsell opportunities, renewals, and ensure customers derive maximum value from our AI phone agents.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Marketing & Customer Success to maintain a healthy pipeline, deliver measurable impact, and hit monthly and quarterly quotas through clear expansion motions.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success (startup/scale-up a plus).
• Strong product and technology understanding; highly AI-savvy.
• Structured working style, ownership mindset, and customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage existing customer accounts and be the primary point of contact across the lifecycle.
• Lead review, discovery, and upsell conversations with current customers.
• Own expansion revenue through upgrades, add-ons, and renewals.
