Jobtailor seeks a senior analytics leader to drive client-centric analytics across Global Markets, unifying client activity and profitability for better engagement.

You will develop models for CLV, churn and propensity, design segmentation, and deliver BI dashboards to support strategy. Collaboration with sales, technology and data teams is essential as you deploy AI in CRM and elevate decision-making.

Formación

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative discipline.
• PhD will be valued.
• 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics or AI roles within financial services or similar.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives focused on customer value optimization.
• Strong BI and data visualization, executive reporting, and Salesforce integration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop client-centric analytics across Global Markets asset classes to unify client activity, behavior, profitability and engagement.
• Implement advanced analytics models for sales and client management, including CLV, churn, propensity, and next-best-action.
• Design client segmentation frameworks based on behavioral, commercial and transactional data.
• Develop BI solutions, dashboards and management reporting to support commercial strategy and performance.
• Integrate analytics and AI models into Salesforce CRM workflows to enhance sales processes.
• Deploy agentic AI solutions and intelligent assistants to support sales teams and management.
• Collaborate with sales, trading, tech and data teams to translate opportunities into scalable AI solutions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate insights and drive data-driven decisions.
