Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a proactive marketer who can own multiple DTC accounts end-to-end—from strategy and buying to creative direction and client contact. You will lead research, write briefs, and build landing pages, using AI tools to craft high-performing campaigns.

Remote-friendly role requiring availability for US Eastern business hours. Expect ownership of results, deep client communication, and a fast-moving, collaborative team culture.

Formación

• Hands-on Meta ads with meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce, with results you can walk us through: CPA, ROAS, revenue, and what you actually changed to get them.
• You are AI-native, and you build. You should already be using Claude (or equivalent) as a working tool and be able to build a landing page with it.
• You can write direct response in English at a native or near-native level and communicate ideas clearly to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Own 4 to 6 DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, the creative lead, and the client’s direct point of contact.
• Own the client relationship with no intermediary and present results, plans, and reasoning.
• Run research before ads by mining reviews, ad comments, support tickets, Reddit, and competitor ad libraries.
