Sweat Pants Agency LLC is hiring a marketer who buys media end-to-end for 4–6 DTC accounts. You will own client relationships, write briefs and scripts, and direct editors and designers. You’ll lead creative, landing page builds, and testing with AI tools.

You’ll use Claude, deploy pages via Vercel, and run 8–10 ad launches weekly. You’ll optimize for NC-CPA/NC-ROAS and communicate results directly to clients, across a fully remote global team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Meta advertising with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce, with results you can explain.

Responsibilities

• Own 4 to 6 DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, creative lead and client contact. Budgets $30k/mo to $1M/mo.
• Own the client relationship with no intermediary.
• Run research before ads: mine reviews, ad comments, support tickets, Reddit for language and objections.
• Write briefs and scripts; direct editors/designers; maintain quality bars.
• Ship creative on cadence: 8–10 new ad launches per week in batches.
• Build and test landing pages (Advertorials, comparison pages, PDPs) in Claude Code; deploy via Vercel; test live on subdomain.
• Diagnose bottlenecks (creative, offer, AOV, landing page, checkout) and fix.
• Report on new customer economics (NC-CPA and NC-ROAS) and defend attribution stance.
