Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is hiring a performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands on Meta. You will own paid media strategy, build testing roadmaps, and guide creative planning.

You’ll manage sizable ad budgets, diagnose funnel issues, and communicate plans with clients. We seek a strategist who can leverage AI daily, collaborate with UGC creators, and push for scalable frameworks over repetitive practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands with Meta ads.
• Proven ability to show results (CPA, ROAS, revenue).
• Bonus: built/operated your own Shopify store or ecommerce brand.
• Understand creative as the lever and pull insights from reviews/ads to generate new angles.
• Wrote UGC scripts or created creative briefs and can brief editors.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients on Meta.
• Build creative testing roadmaps and briefs for editors.
• Manage ad budgets from $30k/mo to $1m/mo per client.
• Diagnose the full funnel and identify whether issues are creative, offer, or conversion.
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps to clients.
