Pro Teeth Guard, a seven-figure DTC brand, seeks an eCommerce Marketing Manager to own marketing strategy and drive profitable growth. Initially focused on Meta advertising, you will connect creative strategy with campaign performance, then apply learnings to optimize landing pages, emails, and Google Ads.

You’ll collaborate with the founder and freelancers, applying AI throughout research, testing, and execution.

Competenze

• Strong DTC marketing judgment and Meta creative strategy.
• Proven paid advertising track record (spent $5,000+ per day).
• Persuasive English copywriting and ability to craft hooks, scripts, and ad copy.
• Demonstrated initiative with AI tools (Codex or Claude Code).
• Strong execution, analytical skills, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to recruit and manage freelancers and maintain high-quality outputs.

Mansioni

• Own Meta campaigns end to end: plan tests, launch ads, monitor, optimize, and scale profitability.
• Build a repeatable creative testing cadence with new angles and formats.
• Write hooks, scripts, briefs, and ad copy grounded in direct-response psychology.
• Coordinate creators, editors, and designers; brief and provide feedback.
• Develop landing pages and email campaigns; align messaging across channels.
• Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and apply learnings to campaigns.
• Analyze results and report weekly insights and next actions.
