Job summary

Docplanner seeks a Staff Marketing Data Analyst to lead world-class marketing analytics in Europe (Spain). You will design scalable data structures, own data quality, and partner with Marketing leadership to shape the analytics roadmap.

You will mentor analysts, build dashboards for KPIs and ROI, and translate complex analyses into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, including the CMO and Marketing VPs.

Qualifications

• Degree in statistics, data science, marketing analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 7-9 years of experience in marketing and/or sales analytics.
• Track record of delivering increased marketing effectiveness with measurable ROI and revenue improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define standards and architecture for data products that are stable, scalable, and performant.
• Own data quality issue analysis, resolution plans, and governance across marketing data.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to understand business objectives and shape analytics roadmap.
• Provide thought leadership and hands-on direction for complex data science problems.
• Design and oversee scalable dashboards for KPIs, budget and ROI analysis.
• Drive insights and influence business decisions by communicating impact to stakeholders.
• Lead ad-hoc data analysis and data blending from multiple sources.
• Present analyses to CMO, VPs, and executives; mentor analysts.
