Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Delivery Lead for AI data projects based in Spain. You will oversee complex AI/data initiatives across an international client portfolio, combining strategic leadership with strong delivery practices.

You will lead globally distributed teams of PMs, engineers, data scientists, and researchers, shaping project scope, resource allocation, risks, and delivery models to achieve measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI sector with clients, teams, or projects at scale.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from discovery to adoption.
• Experience leading client relationships in consulting or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of AI, GenAI, and market trends.
• Basic statistics, ML, data science knowledge and ability to collaborate with technical specialists.
• Bachelor's or master's in a STEM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI data projects across an international client portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams including PMs, engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
• Manage project discovery, scope, planning, implementation, and adoption, stepping in when needed.
• Establish delivery processes, reporting standards, and execution frameworks.
• Identify risks early, implement mitigation plans, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build strong client relationships and support business development opportunities.
