FYUL is the engine that powers on-demand commerce at global scale. We seek a Data Analytics Team Lead to guide a small team of analysts across product, supply and user-behavior initiatives.

You will shape analytics strategy, mentor analysts, and partner with product and business stakeholders to drive high-impact decisions. This role supports a remote-friendly environment and international collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Experience leading a team of data analysts.
• Strong written & verbal English communication skills.
• Decision-making with multiple stakeholders across products and business.
• Experience in product companies or marketplaces is a plus.
• Interest in applying AI to data workflows and experimentation.
• Ability to present summarised data analysis results clearly.
• Advanced SQL skills with Snowflake or similar warehouses.
• Hands-on BI/dashboard experience (Looker a plus).
• Understanding of data modelling, quality and event tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of up to 4 data analysts spanning product, supply and business topics.
• Guide data analysis across product areas, customer behaviour and partner performance.
• Manage performance and workload through regular 1-to-1s and coaching.
• Drive high-impact analytical initiatives and outcomes across the organisation.
• Build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Create and prioritise the analytics backlog with product alignment.
• Promote data-driven culture and mentor peers in data usage.
• Participate in hiring to attract top analytics talent.
• Equip the team with modern analytical techniques and tools.
