TP in Barcelona is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive new business for an AI company. You will identify, engage, and close clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role requires 2–3 years in B2B sales, strong digital marketing knowledge, and experience with Salesforce. Base salary €30,000 and an uncapped on-target bonus of €5,175; relocation support and private health insurance are offered.

Qualifications

2–3 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification and outbound sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling).
Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover.
Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.
