IQVIA is seeking a French native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors for our market research studies, build trustful relationships, and engage healthcare professionals to participate regularly in surveys.

The role involves proactive outreach by phone and email, follow-ups to maximize participation, and handling translations and documentation as needed. We value diversity and offer a dynamic, multinational team environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
