Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid seeks a French native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors for market research studies, build trust with participants, and maintain updated records for ongoing research projects.

You will engage doctors through calls and emails, manage follow-up conversations, and work with cross-functional teams to meet study goals while ensuring data integrity and participant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• French is a must and English good to have.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear and professional communication both by phone and email.
• Analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation. Build doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation targets using multiple communication channels.
