Job summary

Medline in Madrid, Spain, seeks an Accounts Payable professional to support standard AP processes in a permanent role. You will handle invoices, prepare payments, and review expense reports while maintaining supplier data and performing bank reconciliations.

The position requires 1–2 years in AP, strong Excel skills, and bilingual Spanish/English communication. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, and a modern workplace with benefits is offered.

Contract type: Permanent

Purpose

To support the Accounts Payable (AP) function by handling invoice processing, payment preparation, expense report review, supplier maintenance, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

• Create and maintain supplier records
• Execute timely invoice payments
• Review, follow up on, and process employee expense reports
• Manage SII (Immediate Supply of Information) compliance
• Provide support for finance-related projects
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Perform other duties related to the AP function as needed

Are you our match

• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish; fluent in English.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 year/s of experience in Accounts Payable
• Technical Knowledge: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
