Medline in Madrid, Spain, seeks an Accounts Payable professional to support standard AP processes in a permanent role. You will handle invoices, prepare payments, and review expense reports while maintaining supplier data and performing bank reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify incoming invoices.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Create and maintain supplier records.
• Execute timely invoice payments.
• Review, follow up on, and process employee expense reports.
• Manage SII compliance.

• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Perform other AP duties as needed.
