Job summary

Impress, a leading ortho-digital health-tech company founded in Barcelona, is hiring a Senior Account Payable Specialist to join our Finance Team. You will handle supplier invoices in Odoo, maintain the AP ledger, and support month-end close.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of accounts payable experience, proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (Odoo, Oracle, SAP), strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent English. Spanish work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in accounts payable or similar.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of accounting rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Enter supplier invoices accurately on our system (Odoo).
• Maintain and reconcile the AP ledger.
• Send invoices for approval to managers or department heads.
• Assist with month-end close and annual audit.
• Handle cost center accounting and other ad hoc tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

• Enter supplier invoices accurately on our system (currently Odoo) as required
• Ensure the AP ledger in maintained and reconciled accurately
• Send invoices to manager or department head for approval
• Assist with month-end close and annual audit
• Cost center accounting. Accounting records
• Other ad hoc tasks

What we expect from you:

• At least 4 years in accounts payable or similar.
• Demonstrable competence in accounting and business management software, Odoo or similar (Oracle, Sap, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting rules and regulations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Advanced level of Excel.
• Full Professional Proficiency in English.
• Right to work in Spain.
