P3 Logistic Parks group in Madrid is seeking an Accountant to join its Finance team in Spain. You will ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting, while contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives.

You will provide financial support to various business functions and help enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role offers a dynamic, international environment with opportunities for growth and a flexible/hybrid working policy.

Formación

• Strong accounting knowledge (Spanish GAAP).
• 1-3 years of practical experience.
• Advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI / Power Automate is a plus.
• Attention to detail with ability to see the big picture.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Languages: Spanish (native or bilingual), English (professional working level).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and reconcile journal entries (GL, accruals, intercompany) and perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable for reconciliations and issue resolution (no AR ownership, ensuring segregation of duties).
• Provide financial support to business areas, acting as a partner to understand needs, explain financial information and support decision-making.
• Support monthly closing, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial statements and monitor KPIs.
• Support digital tools and data-driven reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams, Group functions and auditors.
• Support treasury tasks (cash forecast, bank management).
