Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain UVIGO's internal work plan for WP7, including schedule, responsibilities, dependencies, milestones, risks and evidence of implementation.
• Monitor KPIs related to training, participation, micro-credentials, gender, mobility, inclusion, placements and impact.
• Coordinate the contributions of hired scientific and technical profiles, ensuring coherence between training content, use cases, digital resources and talent activities.
• Prepare drafts, contribution matrices, dashboards and supporting documentation for technical reporting and project reviews.
• Organize meetings, minutes, action lists and escalation mechanisms, maintaining operational contact with CESGA, CSIC, UDC, USC, DATALIFE and GRADIANT.
• Coordinate documentary traceability for audit and justification, and support WP7 alignment with WP1 and WP6.

Offer Description

Prepare and maintain UVIGO?s internal work plan for WP7, including schedule, responsibilities, dependencies, milestones, risks and evidence of implementation. Monitor tasks T7.1?T7.3, milestones M7.1?M7.3 and contributions to deliverables D7.1?D7.6.

Coordinate the contributions of the hired scientific and technical profiles, ensuring coherence between training content, use cases, digital resources and talent activities.

Prepare drafts, contribution matrices, dashboards and supporting documentation for technical reporting and project reviews.

Monitor KPIs related to training, participation, micro-credentials, gender, mobility, inclusion, placements and impact.
