Responsabilidades

• Design and evaluate pipelines for classification, detection, segmentation, tracking, and multimodal analysis in biomedical and environmental images.

• Develop notebooks, scripts, containers and reproducible examples for training and analysis.
• Contribute to WP3–WP5 on data, models and pilots, and document results in guides and reports.

Offer Description

Design and evaluate pipelines for classification, detection, segmentation, tracking, multimodal analysis and feature extraction in biomedical, biological, veterinary or environmental images. Prepare datasets, splitting protocols, annotation, quality control and documentation, considering bias, rare events and class imbalance. Apply data augmentation and synthetic data generation techniques using generative models, assessing fidelity, diversity, utility and privacy risks. Develop notebooks, scripts, containers and reproducible examples for training, evaluation, visualization and error analysis. Contribute to WP3, WP4 and WP5 on data, models and pilots, and design modules, practical exercises and case studies for WP7, documenting results in guides, reports, repositories and publications.
