Responsabilidades

• Design and implement reproducible pipelines for sequencing, genomics, transcriptomics, metagenomics/microbiome, proteomics and other omics data.
• Develop quality control, preprocessing, normalization, annotation, integration and documentation procedures for biological data.
• Create use cases in genomic surveillance, antimicrobial resistance, zoonoses, microbiome, biomarkers and multi-omics integration.
• Apply statistical and AI/ML methods for omics data analysis and validation.
• Develop reproducible notebooks, scripts and workflows.
• Support WP3, WP4 and WP5 on data, models and One Health services.
• Design training modules, practical exercises and guides for WP7, and contribute documented datasets, repositories, technical reports, publications and project deliverables.
