Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund seeks a VP LEGOLAND Strategy and Partnership to shape the future of LEGOLAND Resorts. The role blends strategy, execution and leadership across executive stakeholders to ensure LEGO branded experiences and strong commercial outcomes.

You will lead strategy, insights, analytics, PMO, and sustainability initiatives, collaborating with Merlin Entertainments and internal teams to drive transformation and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Visionary leader with track record of developing long term growth strategies and translating them into measurable impact.
• Background in consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environments.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Strong strategic and financial acumen with ability to evaluate trade-offs and value creation.
• Excellent problem-solving, synthesis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development & Direction: Lead development of LLPX and LEGOLAND strategy, including long-term direction and annual priorities, ensuring alignment across LEGO Group, LEGO Holding and Merlin Entertainments.
• Board & Executive Advisory: Support SVP with board materials, CEO briefings, and executive communications, and confidential CEO-sponsored projects.
• Leadership of Strategy, Insights & Analytics: Lead strategy, insights & analytics capabilities for data-driven visibility on performance drivers.
• Transformation, PMO & Execution: Lead Business Transformation and PM teams to ensure prioritisation and execution discipline.
• Digital & Sustainability Integration: Oversee digital strategy and sustainability agendas, aligning with LEGO Group priorities.
• Enterprise Leadership & Cross-Team Integration: Partner across LLPX to align Brand, Design, and Commercial teams.
• Build Capability & Future Leadership Strength: Develop capability in strategy, analytics, and execution.
