Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, is seeking a Strategy Manager who will partner with the CMO Leadership Team to steer strategic priorities across Product and Marketing Development. You’ll translate corporate strategy into actionable initiatives, deliver strategic insights and reporting for senior leaders, and drive end-to-end project delivery across key priorities.

This role offers the chance to influence long-term business planning for a globally respected brand and to shape future portfolio

Qualifications

• Delivered strategic analysis that informed business decisions and long-term priorities.
• Applied advanced Excel skills to structure, analyse, and communicate complex information.
• Developed marketing strategy recommendations within a corporate or consulting environment.
• Led projects with multiple workstreams and clear business outcomes.
• Built experience within a top-tier management consultancy or a marketing strategy function in an FMCG business.
• Managed stakeholder relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of strategic priorities across Product and Marketing Development.
• Help translate corporate strategy into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Provide strategic insight and reporting for executive leadership.
• Drive project delivery across key product and marketing development priorities.
• Contribute to ambitions linked to the 2028 portfolio and broader 2030 strategic plan.
