As Vice President of Strategy & Transformation, you will have a unique opportunity to join one of the world’s most iconic toy brands, applying your strategic expertise to address complex business challenges, shape the LEGO Group’s long‑term direction, and lead a high‑performing team dedicated to protecting and strengthening the brand for the future. Based in either Billund or Copenhagen, you will lead the LEGO Group’s Strategy & Transformation function—our central hub for strategic thinking and business transformation. You will oversee a team of approximately 40 talented professionals across strategy development, business development, project and change management, and programme management. Reporting into the CFO, you will work across the organisation and throughout the entire value chain, you will play a key role in translating strategic prioritiesto meaningful, sustainable business impact.
In this role you will act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to our CFO and Executive Leadership Team with the focus on developing and executing the company’s strategic agenda and organisational development initiatives.
