LEGOLAND Strategy & Partnership at LEGO Group in Billund seeks a senior leader to shape strategy and partnerships across LLPX. You will work with executive stakeholders to deliver strategic direction, governance and high-impact initiatives that create long-term value for LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments.

You will lead analytics, transformation and cross-functional execution, building leadership capacity while advancing sustainability and digital partnerships within a global context.

Qualificações

• Visionary leader with track record of long term growth strategies.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Background in consulting, corporate strategy, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of LLPX and LEGOLAND strategy and priorities.
• Support Merlin Board materials, CEO briefings, and executive communications.
• Oversee strategy, insights, analytics and transformation execution.
• Drive cross-team alignment across Brand, Design and Commercial.
