Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Vice President of Strategy & Transformation to shape and implement long-term strategy, reporting to the CFO and leading a ~40-person team across strategy development, business development, project and change management.

Based in Billund or Copenhagen, you will oversee a global strategy function and translate priorities into measurable business impact across the value chain.

Qualifications

• MBA or master’s in economics/finance from a top-tier university.
• Experience at a leading global management consultancy.
• Experience in FMCG and/or Retail strategy.
• Proven leadership and people development capabilities.
• Excellent executive-level communication across markets and levels.

Responsibilities

• Advise CFO and Executive Leadership Team on the strategic agenda and organisational development initiatives.
• Lead projects including scoping, analysis and recommendations, independently or with partners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and cross‑market project work and change management.
• Oversee and report on all strategic initiatives and participate in yearly planning.
