Job summary

LEGO Group in Denmark is seeking a visionary VP LEGOLAND Strategy and Partnership to guide strategy, execution and leadership across LLPX and LEGOLAND. You will work with executive stakeholders to deliver LEGO-branded experiences and strong commercial outcomes.

You will lead strategy, insights, analytics, transformation, and digital as well as sustainability integration, and build future leadership bench across LLPX, aligning Brand, Design and Commercial teams while reporting to the LLPX SVP.

Qualifications

• Visionary leader with track record of long-term growth strategies.
• Background in consulting, corporate strategy, or similar.
• Familiarity with Location Based Entertainment, Hospitality, or Sporting Events.
• Strong strategic and financial acumen with trade-off evaluation.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Excellent problem-solving, synthesis, and communication.
• Ownership mindset, discretion and high work ethics.
• Ability to connect strategy, operations and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of LLPX and LEGOLAND strategy and priorities.
• Advise Merlin Board materials, CEO briefings, and executive communications.
• Head strategy, insights & analytics for a data-driven org.
• Lead transformation and PM to ensure prioritisation and discipline.
• Oversee digital and sustainability integration with LEGO priorities.
• Align Brand, Design and Commercial teams for coherence.
• Build organisational capability in strategy, analytics and leadership.
