Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a VP of Global Insights to lead a world-class team in developing methodologies, data sources and capabilities that unlock consumer understanding and drive commercial performance.

You will partner with marketing, portfolio and analytics teams, embedding insights across business units while advancing first‑party data strategies and AI-enabled techniques. A hybrid role with a strong leadership culture awaits.

Qualifications

Deep understanding of consumer insights translated into business impact.
Experience with first‑party data, AI-enabled insights, and emerging methodologies.
Ability to source, synthesize and embed insights into commercial operations.
Proven track record leading large, global teams and developing leadership talent.

Responsibilities

Champion insights excellence & innovation across primary and market research, tracking platforms, and data platforms.
Drive integration across disciplines to solve key business challenges and enable collaboration.
Lead through leaders to empower teams and foster a high-performance culture.
Maintain external partnerships and ensure insights are a strategic, not just a service, function.
