Full-time · Aarhus · Starting autumn 2026
Do you want to help shape Landfolk’s go-to-market approach and set the standard for how we work with new hosts?
Landfolk is growing, and we want to become even stronger at the top of our sales funnel.
That is why we are looking for a Team Lead for Sales Development to lead the team that is the first point of contact for our leads — and raise the bar for how we approach lead management, outreach and qualification.
You come from a strong SDR or BDR environment and know what a high-performing sales organisation looks like in practice. You understand the value of high activity levels, strong coaching, fast follow-up and a structured approach to sales.
At Landfolk, you will be responsible for the team’s performance while helping shape how we make the first contact with prospective hosts.
The team is the first to respond when prospective hosts show an interest in Landfolk. Its role is to contact, qualify and engage the right leads, creating a strong foundation for the conversations that follow with our Supply Managers.
As Team Lead, you will:
You have experience from a professional SDR, BDR or Inside Sales setup and have ideally already taken on leadership or coaching responsibilities.
We think you will thrive in this role if you:
We already have a strong team, plenty of leads and a growing business. But we believe we can bring even greater commercial discipline to the top of our funnel.
You will not simply take over a finished SDR playbook. You will play a central role in developing it: How should we prioritise leads? How quickly should we respond? What is the best way to follow up? Which messages and channels perform best? And how can we use technology to make the team even better?
At Landfolk, you will get:
