Has at least 12 months of experience in Client Specialist, E-commerce Manager, or Customer Service Manager roles.
Demonstrates strong client relationships and communication in English and Swedish.
Capable of leading an international team and coaching staff.
Comfortable using AI tools to assess quality and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish Client Specialists and E-commerce assistants, set expectations, coach, ensure capacity.
Monitor AI performance across client accounts and balance AI-handled and human-handled interactions.
Serve as senior escalation point for clients, build relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Report to Head of Client Success on team performance, client health, AI quality, and market developments.
