Job summary

Returnflows is seeking a Swedish-speaking outbound specialist to book demos for the Swedish market. You’ll dial, email, and use LinkedIn to reach Swedish e-commerce brands, primarily by phone, and focus on qualified opportunities.

You’ll work directly with Jeppe, our CEO and Sales Manager, to decide what to test next and will be measured on qualified demos booked and new ARR. This role is not a 9-5 job and offers uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience with cold outbound prospecting on the phone, email and social channels.
• Native Swedish language skills required for daily work.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to Swedish e-commerce brands via calls, LinkedIn and email.
• Qualify leads and book high-quality demos for the Sweden market.
• Collaborate with Jeppe (CEO & Sales Manager) on testing and next steps.
