EG Housing in Aarhus, Denmark, seeks a part-time Customer Support Consultant to join our team. Work 8–19 hours per week with flexible scheduling around your studies, assisting professionals who rely on our property software and learning how to apply AI tools in daily support tasks.

You don’t need prior IT expertise; we value curiosity, clear Danish and English communication, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll start with guidance from experienced colleagues and gradually own your calls and cases.

Formación

• Studying at university or similar educational institution with a couple of years left.
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Curious about AI and eager to use it in daily work.
• Enjoy talking to people and explaining things clearly.
• Take responsibility for your work and learn fast.
• Enjoy learning new systems and how things work.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers by phone and through our support system.
• Investigate problems and find the root cause, not just the symptom.
• Ask the right questions and guide customers to a solution.
• Take ownership of cases and escalate complex issues with needed info.
• Contribute to knowledge articles and keep them up to date.
• Assist with practical tasks to keep the support team running smoothly.
• Use AI tools as part of daily case handling.
