EG Housing in Aarhus is looking for a student to join our Customer Support team, helping customers who rely on our software every day. You'll start by listening to real cases, learn our products, and gradually take ownership of calls and cases.

Qualifications

• Studying at a university or similar educational institution with a couple of years left.
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Curious about AI and eager to use it in daily work.
• Enjoy talking to people and explaining things clearly.
• Willing to learn and take responsibility for cases.

Responsabilités

• Help customers by phone and through our support system.
• Investigate problems and find the root cause, not just the symptom.
• Ask the right questions and guide customers toward a solution.
• Handle cases and escalate more complex issues with the right information.
• Take ownership of your cases and keep customers informed.
• Contribute to knowledge articles to improve our documentation.
• Assist with practical tasks to keep the support team running smoothly.
