Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking customer support agent to assist users via tickets and calls. You will provide friendly, case-by-case solutions for device-related questions and work with a diverse international team.

Qualifications

• Danish language proficiency (very good, B2 or similar) for daily communication.
• English proficiency (good, B1 or similar) for training/internal communication.
• Basic understanding of iOS and Android OS features.

• Able to contribute to team success with a result-oriented mindset.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Help users with issues via tickets or calls.
• Provide solutions to everyday device usage questions on a case-by-case basis.
• Identify trending issues and bugs from users’ reports and share with supervision.
• Collaborate with an international team of customer-friendly colleagues.
