Job summary

EG A/S in Aarhus is seeking a student part-time helper to support customers using EG ProBo, EG Bolig and other property administration SaaS.

You'll start by listening in on calls, learn our products, and gradually take ownership of your own cases, with flexible hours around your studies.

Qualifications

• Must be studying at a university or similar educational institution, ideally with a couple of years left
• Speak and write Danish and English confidently
• Curious about AI and eager to use it actively in daily work
• Enjoy talking to people and explaining things clearly

At EG Housing, you'll become part of a professional Customer Support team helping customers who rely on our software every day.

If you enjoy figuring out what is really causing a problem and explaining the solution in a way that makes sense, this could be a great fit.

As part of the department

You'll join our Customer Support team supporting customers using EG ProBo, EG Bolig and other solutions within property administration.

Our customers are professionals who depend on our software to run their daily business. When something doesn't work as expected, they contact us, and you'll help them get back on track.

You'll start alongside experienced colleagues, listen in on customer conversations, learn our products and understand how we work with cases. As your knowledge grows, you'll gradually take ownership of your own calls and support cases.

The position is 8-19 hours per week and is based at our office in AKSEN - House of Business in Aarhus, a modern business community with a vibrant professional environment. Your working hours will be planned flexibly around your studies, classes and exams.

You are the ideal candidate if you

You don't need to be an IT expert or know anything about the property industry before joining us. We're more interested in how you think, communicate and learn.

• Are studying at a university or similar educational institution, ideally with a couple of years left
• Speak and write Danish and English confidently
• Are curious about AI and eager to use it actively in your daily work
• Enjoy talking to people and explaining things clearly
• Are curious and don't give up when the answer isn't obvious
• Enjoy learning new systems and understanding how things work
• Take responsibility for the things you start
• Enjoy being part of a team where people help each other and share what they know

Previous experience from customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, a helpdesk or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement. Your specific field of study isn't the most important thing either. Students within IT, business, finance, administration, communication, property or similar fields can all be a great match. We'll teach you the rest.
