Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Platform Architects and maintain Microsoft 365 operations.
• Keep backlogs current and notify incidents promptly.
• Assist in managing a vendor agreement and create work instructions.
• Prepare and deliver Microsoft 365 presentations and demonstrations.
• Plan and support knowledge-sharing and training sessions.
• Create and update Microsoft 365 articles and guides.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and content for accuracy.
