Danfoss GmbH in Nordborg, Denmark, is seeking a student worker in Technology Management & Innovation to support innovation and technology projects while gaining hands-on experience in a global technology organization.

You will learn and apply AI tools, assist with technology scouting, and help develop AI assistants using Microsoft 365 Copilot to improve productivity. This part-time role offers mentorship, flexibility around studies, and a pathway into Danfoss' innovative culture.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Innovation, or related fields.
Strong analytical and data-handling skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; quick to learn.
Experience with AI tools and building AI agents is a plus.
Proactive, structured, and able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Support technology research, reporting, and analysis.
Use the technology scouting platform for intelligence activities.
Assist designing AI assistants using Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Coordinate and assist innovation projects.
Create presentations and training content; support data collection and reporting.
