Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, identity management and IT security.
• Experience implementing CIS18 or similar security framework is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio or other AI tools and their practical applications.
• Experience managing external IT suppliers and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Structured, independent approach with collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, and provide 2nd line support for Microsoft 365 and related solutions.
• Oversee infrastructure and identity management, including Active Directory.
• Work closely with the external IT supplier to establish clear responsibilities, processes, and service expectations.
• Drive the implementation of CIS18, translating security requirements into priorities and practical actions.
• Coordinate security initiatives and ensure security becomes part of everyday IT operations.
• Contribute to IT projects, business cases, decision proposals, and status reporting.
• Explore and implement practical solutions using Copilot Studio and other AI tools.
• Provide support across the wider application and systems landscape.
