Job summary

Lundbeck seeks a Student Assistant to support the Microsoft 365 team in our AI & Digital Foundation department. Based in Valby, you will assist Platform Architects, manage backlogs, and help with presentations, training, and knowledge sharing.

The role emphasizes hands-on support, ownership, and an agile approach. The position is temporary with an end-date of 30 June 2027 and requires 15-20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in final year of bachelor’s or master’s program in IT or related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot or digital collaboration tools is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to learn new Microsoft 365 tools and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, digital workplace solutions, communication, and user adoption.
• Hands-on, service-minded with ownership and execution.
• Proactive, curious, and able to communicate with stakeholders, presenting ideas and trying new ways of working.
• Fluent English; Danish is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work 15-20 hours a week on fixed days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth operations with Platform Architects.
• Keep team backlogs current and inform Platform Architects of incidents.
• Assist in managing a support vendor agreement with clear collaboration and instructions.
• Prepare and deliver Microsoft 365 presentations and product demonstrations.
• Plan and support knowledge-sharing and training sessions based on insights from Platform Architects.
• Create and update Microsoft 365 articles, guides, and other communications.
• Maintain and update SharePoint sites and content for accuracy and accessibility.
• Embrace additional planning, execution, and organizing tasks with an agile mindset.
